This policy was last modified April 13, 2026.
This page describes how you can request the deletion of your data from the Gee platform (the "Platform"), operated by VaynerX, LLC ("VaynerX," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes all personal data and Meta Platform Data that we have collected or processed in connection with your use of the Platform and its integrations, including Conversions API (CAPI), Signals Gateway, commerce, and business messaging services.
This data deletion process is designed to comply with Meta's Platform Terms (Section 3.d — Retention, Deletion, and Accessibility of Platform Data), applicable data protection laws including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA, and all other applicable regulations.
We are committed to respecting your privacy rights. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. The right to request deletion is available to all users who can access the Platform.

We process data deletion requests according to the following timeline:

- Confirmation: Upon completion, we will send a confirmation email confirming that your data has been deleted.
Meta Platform Data: All Meta Platform Data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days of a valid deletion request, in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms (Section 3.d). Access tokens will be revoked immediately upon processing of the request. We will also ensure that our service providers promptly delete all Platform Data in their possession or control.
5. FACEBOOK LOGIN DEAUTHORIZATION CALLBACK
The Platform implements Meta's Deauthorize Callback URL and Data Deletion Request Callback. When you remove the Platform from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings:
- We receive an automatic notification from Meta
- All Facebook and Instagram access tokens associated with your account are immediately revoked
- A data deletion process is automatically initiated following the same timeline described in Section 4

The deauthorization callback endpoint is configured in the Platform's App Dashboard and processes requests in real-time.
6. DELETION OF BUSINESS-LEVEL DATA
If you are requesting deletion on behalf of a business (e.g., all data associated with a specific Business Manager ID), please note:
- You must be an authorized administrator of the business to make such a request
- Deletion of business-level data will affect all users within that business who have used the Platform
- We may require additional verification for business-level deletion requests
- Active CAPI pipelines and Signals Gateway integrations will be disconnected as part of the deletion process
- We will notify all affected users within the business of the pending deletion
7. DATA RECEIVED IN ERROR
In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms (Section 3.d.iii), if we receive Platform Data in error, we will:
- Immediately report the error to Meta using the designated reporting form
- Delete the erroneously received Platform Data
- Provide proof of deletion to Meta upon request
8. THIRD-PARTY DATA
Please note that this deletion process applies only to data stored on VaynerX's systems. Data that has been transmitted to third parties through the Platform's integrations (including Meta, cloud providers hosting Signals Gateway instances, and other configured destinations) is subject to those third parties' own data deletion processes:

- Cloud providers (AWS/GCP): For Signals Gateway deployments, you are responsible for managing data deletion within your own cloud infrastructure
